I am involved in a film that will be screened as a part of the festival of forbidden fruits 2 weeks from now at Cinecenta.
I believe this film to be of major importance to women everywhere and we are now working to create a full length version of it to reach a wider distribution.
It is about the beauty of the women's vulva and the cultural/ societal shame and embarassment around this very powerful aspect of human beings. The project has been monumental in many women's journey to overcome trauma induced by growing up in our culture while they learn to love this shunned part of themselves.
I would love the chance to speak with you about opportunities to promote the film to those who would benefit from seeing it. My goal is to get it voted winner of the Girl's Favorite Award that may help in producing the longer version.
