Sure Fire Ways to Get Franklin to Smile:

  • Sing the Alphabet Song or Alouette

  • Play Peek-a-Boo

  • Help him stand up so he can dance

  • Let him play with his food (a.k.a. "Feed Himself")

  • Play with the Kitty's tail (ah ah ah Frank... don't pull...)

  • Bring him anywhere near water

  • Give him pretty much near anything to bang together to make lots of noise

  • Sit in the rocking chair and read books with him (but let him turn the pages)

  • Take him outside to feel the grass and leaves (although I seem to have found some in his poop...)

  • Have Dad come home from work
